Prasan Sirinnont

Holder of a Master's Degree in Science and Ph.D in Systems Engineering from Texas University, US, Dr. Prasan has over 35 years of rich experience in business development and effective management of various businesses. He has worked at senior levels with International majors such as Mobil Oil Corporation, Bechtel Corporation etc. He has been instrumental in developing and promoting new business lines and products in these corporations.

He has promoted and developed several large scale projects in South East Asia relating to Power, Energy, Oil and Gas and Health Services. He continues to be associated as an advisor with several large companies engaged in Power, Infrastructure and Health businesses in South East Asia.

Dr. Prasan is a guiding force for SPGP’s business initiatives in Thailand, Philippines and China. An avid traveler, Dr. Prasan loves art and does philanthropic activities for the under privileged.

Bonifacio C. Sumbilla

Mr. Bonifacio (“Boni” as he is lovingly called) is a successful entrepreneur having promoted several successful ventures in field of technology, manufacturing and financial services. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from De La Salle University (1978) and a candidacy for Master’s Degree in Business Economics (MBE) from the University of Asia and the Pacific. He graduated as a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the Central Philippine University in 1969.

Prior to starting his own business ventures, Mr. Boni was associated with Atlantic Gulf and Pacific Co. Private Development Corporation of the Philippines (PDCP) and with Litton Mills Inc. at senior management position. He has developed extensive expertise in identification, development and global marketing of profitable business ventures which can be scaled globally.

Raja M. Premadasa

Mr. Premadasa possesses exceptional capabilities in the field of project management, financial control and framing government policies for long term development of agri and health care industries. Mr. Premadasa has been associated as Director and Advisor with several large government organisation including Director of Plantation Management & Monitoring - Ministry of Plantation Industries, Government of Sri Lanka and CEO of National Institute of Plantation Management.

Mr. Premadasa has successfully executed projects in association with World Bank, ADB, Japan international co-operation and various other multi-lateral agencies. The exemplary efforts of Mr. Premadasa have been acknowledged and awarded by several government and private forums.

He holds a Master’s degree in Public Management from Carhegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. He is actively associated with several NGO’s and non-profit organisations working for the development of the poor and for education of the under privileged children.

Avinash Mehrotra

A senior Public accountant and Lawyer by profession, Mr. Mehrotra has been an advisor to several large international companies in matters relating to taxation, legal compliance and risk management. With an exceedingly bright academic background, Mr. Mehrotra has helped local and multinational companies in setting up international standard systems and practices for corporate governance and effective tax management.

Mr. Mehrotra has been actively associated with several professional bodies at senior positions including with regional stock exchanges, public accountant forums etc. He has authored and presented several path breaking papers in complex issues of taxation and risk management. For his exemplary contribution he was awarded “Honorary Citizenship” of the City of Sierra Vista in Arizona, USA.

Mr. Mehrotra loves reading. He volunteers to organize and attend forums aimed towards self improvement.

Surendra Vikal

Mr. Vikal holds a Master’s Degree in Physics and possesses over 40 years of extensive experience in Financial Management, Accounting and Auditing. Having worked as Director (Finance) of a large corporation for over 30 years, Mr. Vikal has been instrumental in development and creating several new financial management policies and systems to enable optimization of financial resources of a large multi-national corporation.

At SPGP, Mr. Vikal advises on effective management of financial risk, effective financial planning and overall corporate governance.

He loves undertaking philanthropic activities and is actively associated with several NGOs and Non-profit organisations.

Jessie Rao

Mr. Rao holds a Master Degree in Business. He is the Co-founder and Chairman of Black Swan Capital International(BSCI). He has proven leadership and cultural flexibility drawn from over 22 years of Professional experience with major financial services companies in Hong Kong. (Credit Suisse Privilege, AXA Wealth Management (HK) Ltd etc)

Mr. Rao is skillful in establishing new ventures as well as drastically improving performance of mature and complex organizations. He has a hands-on consulting experience in financial services distribution within culturally diverse sales forces in Hong Kong and he is highly proficient in leadership development, performance enhancement and organizational development methodologies.

Mr. Rao advises SPGP in its various business initiatives in Hong Kong, China Mainland and Taiwan. He loves to play, Tennis, Golf, Soccer and does mountain hiking as a hobby.

Prashant Rajgarhia

A successful entrepreneur and businessman, Mr. Rajgarhia has promoted several successful ventures in field of engineering products, construction and financial services. Holder of a Master’s Degree in Business Management, Mr. Prashant has been instrumental in the multi-fold growth of his family business. He has given a new direction for growth to old fashioned business by implementing new technology and introducing new management style to convert his business ventures into an international size corporation.

Mr. Rajgarhia advises SPGP on new business initiatives for the rapidly growing Indian economy. An avid follower of sports, Mr. Rajgharia loves global travelling and aims to establish an international university for technology innovation.

Shankar Agrawal

Since early age, Mr. Agrawal has developed a strong acumen for development and promotion of business ventures which can integrate local flavour with international scaling. Post Graduate in Commerce with major in Finance and Accounting from Deakin University, Melbourne. Mr. Agrawal has promoted successful ventures in Agriculture, financial services, real estate and trading.

He has developed extensive relationships in Australia which helps him in promoting new business ventures with much ease and success. He advises SPGP on various business initiatives in Australia and New Zealand

An avid globetrotter, Mr. Agrawal loves music and likes to take assignments which are very challenging.

Somitra Agrawal

Somitra brings with him over 20 years of global experience in investment banking, business development, strategic planning and relationship management. He is a visionary entrepreneur, who likes to develop and grow businesses from Ground Zero. In addition to having strong execution skills, Somitra is a firm believer in building businesses on pillars of Integrity, transparency and good corporate governance. He is a good team motivator which has helped him in promoting, developing and managing business investments in excess of US$ 500 million in the field of Energy, Infrastructure, Health Care and Services, Oil and Gas etc.

As an investment banker, Somitra has been instrumental in advising several Asian corporates in raising equity capital and structuring businesses which provide a sustained growth to their shareholders. He has assisted over 200 companies in raising close to US$ 4 billion of equity capital from various global markets.

At SPGP, Somitra is responsible for strategic planning, business development, creating global markets for investee companies and key relationship management. Prior to SPGP, Somitra has been associated as Managing Director and Global Partner at Silverdale Services (HK) Limited, a boutique investment house. In the early part of his career he has worked as Vice President at American Orient Capital Partners, a subsidiary of AIG and prior to that as Project Finance in-charge of Mangalore Refinery, a $2 billion project in India.

Somitra holds a post graduate Management degree from University of Mumbai, with Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and also holds a diploma in systems management. He travels extensively, is an invited guest speaker on various professional forums and also spends his time doing philanthropic activities.

Nishad Khanolkar

Nishad brings with him over a decade of global experience in investment banking, business development, strategic planning and project execution. He has a strong acumen for establishment of new business enterprises. As an investment banker, Nishad has been instrumental in advising several corporates in raising equity capital. Nishad has been instrumental in assisting the growth of several successful business ventures in partnership with large global financial institutions and investors. He has been a part of the senior management team managing investment assets in excess of US$ 300 million in the field of Energy, Infrastructure, Health Care and Services, Oil and Gas etc.

At SPGP, Nishad is responsible for strategic planning, business development, investor relationship, operations of investee companies and monitoring global MIS of SPGP.

Nishad is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Associate Member of Certified Public Accountant, Australia (CPA Australia). He holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai. He is an invited guest speaker on various professional forums and also spends his time working of NGOs helping the under privileged.

Saurabh Chaturvedi

Saurabh Chaturvedi is an ardent analyst with expertise in strengthening companies to lead in highly competitive situations. He is a result-oriented professional with an experience of over 2 decades in entire gamut of accounting and finance operations entailing preparation/maintenance of statutory books of accounts and managing finalization of year-end financial statements. He has a wide range of experience covering various aspects such as Strategic Planning and Execution, Budgetary Control, Financial Analysis, Internal Audit, Cost Control, Treasury Management and MIS Reporting.

He has also been instrumental in drafting and implementing various Finance and Accounting Policies in the organization.

At SP Growth Partners, he is heading the Finance and Accounts function and plays an important role in strategic decisions, financial risk management and planning along with corporate governance.

Saurabh completed his Master’s in Business Administration along with Intermediate Chartered Accountantancy and is a Commerce Graduate from University of Mumbai. He is also a certified ISO 9001:2008 Auditor. He loves music and travelling.

Tejas Gandhi

Tejas brings with him more than 8 years of experience in handling legal and compliance under various legal systems. He began his career as a Legal Associate with a prominent law firm based in Mumbai practicing extensively in real estate and corporate law matters. He gained immense experience in litigation and non litigation, documentation of Property matters, pleadings and such other legal matters. He joined Thomson Reuters as an Attorney Associate. At Thomson Reuters, he was involved in legal review and documentation of the matters related to Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) prevailing in U.S realty sector. He worked closely with top-tier law firms of U.S in undertaking review, documentation and process relating to securitization of loans and financial products like Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDOs), Collateralized Mortgage Obligations (CMOs) etc.

At SPGP, he is responsible for legal and corporate compliance for all investee companies globally. He works closely with various international law firms for ensuring strict compliance and legal risk management of every country where SPGP has a business presence.

Tejas holds graduate degree in Law and a graduate degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai. He has completed executive program of ICSI and Global Legal Professional Certification from Rainmaker Institute.

Vikrant Waghmare

Vikrant is an enthusiastic person with passion for developing new business opportunities. In his 8+ years of experience in managing certain businesses with a global foot print, he plays a crucial role in establishing business operations, designing and implementing business processes, project planning, managing corporate finance, taxation.

At SPGP, he is responsible for Global Business Strategy and Global Coordination across businesses.

Vikrant holds a post graduate Management degree and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai. He has passed intermediate examination of ICAI and Diploma in Export Management. He is avid traveler, has interest in sports and numismatics.
